Our U14 girls prepared for the Munster semi final with a training session facilitated by Noel and Nathan O'Meara on Wednesday night.  Our thanks to Noel and Nathan for their time and help.  Kick off is against Old Crescent is at 1pm on Sunday in Nenagh.
