The Nenagh Ormond R.F.C. under 12's rounded off the season on Sunday with their first ever 15 a side game v. Roscrea. This was a great learning experience for the lads and it gave them a good idea of what to expect next season. Conditions were unfavorable to say the least, but both sides showed plenty of effort. Thanks to Roscrea for travelling and to Tommy Moylan (M.A.R.) did a great job as referee.
Afterwards, we had our player of the season awards. Billy O'Brien was voted player of the season by the coaches, while Donncha O'Meara won most improved player and Jack Ryan won best newcomer.
Well done to all the lads for their efforts throughout the season and to the parents for their support.
