On Sunday 17th November our Under 6/7s, 8s and 9s travelled in great numbers to Shannon RFC in Limerick. 90 boys and girls and their families made the short trip out the M7 for a blitz organised between the two clubs. As always, Shannon made us feel very welcome with refreshments and BBQ laid on. Skill levels across all age grades were well above expectations with some flowing rugby on display. The future of Nenagh, Munster and Irish rugby is bright with this current group of players. Thanks to all the boys & girls and their parents for making the blitz such a great day out. Huge thanks to Shannon for being such good hosts. We look forward to welcoming Shannon back to Nenagh in the new year and continue to build the strong ties between our two clubs at juvenile level.
