Pan-Munster Under 16 Nenagh - 30 Thurles - 7

Nenagh got their Pan Munster campaign off to a winning start with a solid victory over near neighbours Thurles in Lisatunny on Friday night. The hosts attacked from the off and half backs Thomas O’ Brien and Cillian Healy tried to put pace on the ball at every opportunity. The forwards carried well with captain Jack Casey and Cillian Lewis particularly prominent. Marcus O’Mahoney was the pick of the backs, picking up from where he left off last year and helped himself to a brace of tries.

We are away to Kanturk in the next round next Saturday.
