Our u15's had a great win Sunday in Tyone versus a strong Clanwilliam team on a score of 26-15. The Nenagh lads have fought hard all season in a very physically big and strong u16 Munster competition. The lads played great rugby today, defended excellently, showed great offloading and put in a great team effort. Sean Kennedy (c) led by example putting in great carries and was supported by his strong pack ,who tackled hard and provided excellent ball to our backs. Our full back Diarmuid Gleeson crossed for 2 tries ,with centre Adam Boland and prop Armandas Kiaulakis getting one each. Outhalf Dean Carey kicked 3 conversions. Excellent play from all the boys contributed to great scores and eventually a great win for them. Our replacements made big impacts when they came on and closed out this tough game. The lads now face Newcastle West next Sunday in Lisatunny at 12 o'clock in the u16 Development Bowl semi final. All support would be greatly appreciated.
