Our U15 side have played out the second half of their season in the U16 Development Bowl competition. This has been a good test for the squad as obviously it meant a good deal of the opposition faced were a year older and obviously more experienced. This however was not an insurmountable challenge to this determined side who have now played their way to the final of this competition. In what is turning out to be a great showcase of the club’s underage section the final acts as the curtain raiser to the U18.5 final to follow in Thomond Park on Saturday. Kickoff for the Development Bowl final is at 11.00am on Saturday morning. Nenagh supporters are spoiled for choice on Saturday between Energia league action at home in Lisatunny or a feast of underage fare in Thomond Park but either way it promises to be a great day’s rugby for the club. Please get out and support our teams at whatever level interests you on Saturday.
